Today we heard from Jason, and he spoke in detail about his wish to get more into corporate transactional work above and beyond his bread and butter of real estate transactions. Jason took the time to explain the different areas that are included in his corporate transactional services including: Business setup, filing articles, getting the EIN, drafting by-laws, annual minutes, shareholder minutes, corporate book, issuing stock certificates, reviewing contracts for buy/sell, employment, non disclosure, and non-compete. All these areas although some can be accomplished personally, a lot of people do not fully understand all the nuances that go into this and that is where Jason comes in.

So if you know of anyone that needs assistance with their corporate transactions contact Jason.
