Meeting August 20, 2009 – Speaker Russ Mueller – RAM Remodeling
Today we continued our conversation on Attendance and how it can affect leads. We discussed today some simple things that while attending that you can do to raise your possibility of getting leads and gaining more trust within the group and it’s members.
First off make sure you get to meeting on time as the first 15 minutes of open networking can be greatly beneficial to you and the other members as you can mingle and chat with members and visitors and get to know them and their company better. Which leads to the next simple item to greet all our your visitors, they will be more prone to join the group or remember you if you introduced yourself and spent a few moments chatting with them.
When the meeting starts try to sit in a different seat each week, as this will get you sitting next to different people each week and will let you get to know that particular person better as well. When reciting your infomercial don’t use the same old script every week, try to make it different each week, as hearing the same old speech every week people will start to tune you out and not get the most updated information on the type of leads you are looking for.

Today Russ spoke in detail about some of his most recent projects that he has been working on, in which had given us a much better idea on the things that he can do. Russ is with RAM Remodeling a home improvement and tradesmen company that where they can do just about anything. Some examples of things that Russ can do are handyman work, painting, faux finishing, flooring, tile work, door repair and installation, and cabinets to just name a few.
Some the most recent projects that he has been working on have been a Commercial build-out, Property maintenance and handyman work, and most recently a full bathroom remodel. Russ guarantees his work for one year, and his motto is, “We do it right the first time.”
